This is the second time using Zerorez, although more expense than other carpet cleaning services it is worth the results. I would ask you consider offering a discount package for every six months use.

Was not told stain could return, and it did when I specifically asked if this could happen. New stains appeared in places where nothing could have spilled on those places. The edges of the carpet were not cleaned, and I was told by the first tech they could not clean the edges of the carpet. The repair tech said the first guy should have cleaned it correctly and did not. Repair tech said the first guy did a lousy job and fried my carpet. Where you did the cleaning, the carpet feels stiff like straw. It took about 5 days to dry. I had to wait 2 or maybe 3 weeks for an appointment to clean vomit off the carpet, and when I called back to complain that the stain had reappeared a over a year later, the receptionist laughed at me,was rude, and said I had waited too long to call. I had originally called immediately for help and begged for service. I was told I had to wait for my appointment. Now I'm told if it had been treated sooner, the stain might not have reappeared. The owner of the company offered to fix it for the special price they're running. Why would I do that when it wasn't done correctly the first time? He finally offered to clean the stain again but charged me $11 for gas. I paid the tech $20.
Cleanest carpet ever! And the technician was so "no problem" about the third floor (no elevator) compared to other snooty carpet-cleaners.
Gets rugs, carpets and upholstery very clean and it lasts a long time.

The professionalism of the technician who comes to my house, {Robert Keith}, the fact that there is no soap or chemicals left on the carpets and they don't spot again as soon as they're dry, you do a good job of removing the old dirt and stains. I feel that I have clean carpets.
On time; professional; competent. My carpet was awful and it looked very nice when he finished. The technician was friendly, but very professional.
The very pleasant and obviouysly knowledgable technician named Albert who took time to explain to us what he was going to do.
And the results are amazing!!! Worth the money.

Dennis was professional and pleasant. He made my carpet look so clean and gorgeous! So thorough and I liked his explanation of what he was doing to get all the dirt, Popsicle stains and Lord knows what else out of my carpet! I have 17 month old twins, two large dogs and a husband and my carpet now looks like no one has set foot on it! Very happy customer!
We love that the floors dry very quickly and that the service doesnot take very long. Our service technician, Tom, was excellent and very professional. We would love to have him back anytime as our technician!
It was done in a very short time, and the carpet was so bad, I didn't think it could be cleaned....and it looks like new.....he did a great job, and I already called and told the phone operator there how pleased I was with it....

The only drawback...I was one week too early, after hearing about the lowering of the cost for two areas from $139 to $99. That stung a bit. Bad timing on my part, I guess.

I was a little disappointed that some of the severe stains could not be completely removed but Gil explained the reason why. Also he said my invoice would be sent by E-mail immediately and it still has not arrived. Otherwise his service was excellent.
They did a good job. They called me before they came to my house that way I did not have to wait for them all day. I appreciated that.
The techs know their jobs. Listen to the client when they raise questions or concerns.
The service person DANA was RIGHT on TIME. It was extremely important that we make an appointment that morning. Dana was efficient, courteous and conducted his job professionally.
I have been a customer for several years now and Dana was the best.
The carpets are clean, there are no chemicals, and Robert Keith does an awesome job.
The young men that came were efficient and professional. Very motivated about the product. Our carpets look and feel great so far. Of course, we are happy about having them cleaned with a green product.
