Zerorez is my go to for carpet cleaning. They are professional and courtesy. They were on time. They did a wonderful job getting my carpets clean.

This was the first time ever except for our first time here in Vegas that we were charged more than 1 unit of the brush. The first time here that we had y'all come out the guy charged me 2 units because it was horrendous and it was a rental and anyways I was like yeah that makes sense. The last guy 1 unit. All the times we had it done in St Louis and In Edwardsville, IL always 1 unit. The guy yesterday charged us for 3. When asked about it he said he was right. Which is fine he can be right, but y'all just lost a 6+ year loyal customer over $70 extra dollars. At this point he should of understood after looking at the previous invoices etc.. But long story short is even if he is right it hasn't been that way over all these years and even different ownerships/cities. So just doesn't look good on y'all and we will not be back.

You claim you can get carpet like new. Well we had a year old carpet and did not get all the dirt out. Did you change formula. We had you before on a way older carpet and did great this time were kinda disappointed.
