The man who came to provide service was a bit unfriendly & the beginning of the interaction with him was unpleasant. He called I gave him the code and building #. When he got her he called again & asked me to come outside, he was upset that it was upstairs and said “this is more than 100ft” I suggested i could move my vehicle from the parking spot bc it was closer than where he parked. He said it wouldn’t help.
He came in and asked me hat areas we were doing as I told him, I asked if we could do the bedroom last bc my baby had just fallen asleep he said no he had to do that room first. I told him “okay whatever he has to do”
He walked towards the front door where he said he was going to go get his things & I said okay. He replied extremely rudely almost “bullish”
“Is everything okay?!” I said yes, and asked if everything’s okay w him. He said yeah I’m just making sure, as I replied yes I just asked you a question about the room, if you cannot do it that order I agreed whatever you needed to do was okay with me.
The carpet came out better than I imagined as it was very dirty. He did his job & was more pleasant at the end of the job.

We’ve used your service a few times now, and you continue to make our carpet look like it’s worth keeping “just a bit longer.” We’re planning to go to hard floors, but your technicians always make the carpet look bright and fluffy. So…I guess we can hold off for another 6 months or so. 😄

Look for spots missed. Especially around the edges.
We just had the ducts cleaned. After the service was completed and the debrit from the ducts was cleaned up, the air in the house felt like it was cleaner to breathe. it has only been 3 days since this service was done. The service person was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
We are looking forward to the rug and tile Zerorez service to be done next week.

This time when the cleaning was done there were a few stains left. But, Braydon did an incredibly job with an impossible situation! He treated the areas that needed it and kept working and going over the bad spots. We are grateful for all the hard work he put in and the kindness he found time to share! He is truly amazing! Our home looks and smells wonderful! Thank you.

The carpet was very clean look like new and it was soft
Although I have always used Zerorez, the technicians are all different. Our technician this last time was Mike. He was a little rough on the baseboards. I have carpeted steps (3 steps) in my bedroom for my Pom to get up on my bed. I forgot to put these steps up on the bed so the carpet could be cleaned. Unfortunately, Mike left them there & cleaned around them! He could have easily moved them, or asked me to move them.
He also needed to access our home WiFi in order for me to pay. I feel the company should make other arrangements for their technicians.
Jayden was on time, contacted me before he arrived so I could be prepared, Jayden did his usual professional job, and it was all over in less than an hour!
Ethan showed up on time and did a great job
He arrived early. Great communication with the company about the arrival time. He was very professional and pleasant. He tolerated my barking dogs. He worked very hard on a bad situation and did his best. That’s all anyone can ask. No weird chemical smell. Dried quickly. Will use them in the future. Very happy with the service.
Joe cleaned vents at two properties and did an excellent job!! He is very professional and personable! I highly recommend vent cleaning by Joe.
