Necessary add ons were not mentioned when I called to schedule. Add ons such as brushing (since we hadn’t had our carpets cleaned for a long time.) I thought that would be a normal part of cleaning but it was not.

Employees completely explain the process of cleaning my carpet. Daniel cleaned my carpet on March 27th and did an excellent job
Jay was fantastic. We had some really bad pet stains. He took the time to explain what caused them and how the dye in the pet food affects their urine. He showed me the process and it was quite interesting. Although the stains caused permanent damage the before and after are still amazing. We will definitely use Zerorez again. Hopefully we get Jay again.

It’s just so easy the techs are knowledgeable they make sure we understand what they’re doing. Advise on how to handle future stains spills etc. they make sure they clean everything up after, it’s just overall a great experience. Tracey was our tech this time and he was great, my pup wouldn’t leave him alone and let him do his job but he was great with her.
