I have photos if you are interested. The tech was unorganized. Hose unattended up against my walls. Said he was not supplied with enough corner guards. Dog hair chunk on floor and I do not have a dog. Tech was inconsistent wearing booties and walked outside to van and then back in house with them on. Also neglected to put them back on at one point. The carpet is okay for the $150, but customer service was lacking and very disappointing. You will be happy he tried to up sell me but would answer questions about what chemicals were in your products. Definitely would not recommend your services to anyone.
I liked how professional the service man was and how Zerorez cleaned my carpet. I would highly recommend this product and service.
He explained everything at the beginning . Convinced me that he could get my really soiled carpet cleaned….and he did!!

Paid extra for pet spot removal. Spots still in carpet. Not leave white resin in grout on tile floors. Suck more water out of carpet as it took 2 days to dry with fans going all over house.
The pricing is very off from the website, after all the add-ons the price is double.
