Thought you could do a better job of getting out pet stains. Paid an extra 70 dollars and didn't really do so good. Also, it eas 109 for 3 rooms and we paid 118 for 2...

We’ve had a consistently great experience working with this vendor for our floor cleaning needs. Their team is professional, punctual, and thorough in their work. The quality of service has always met—and often exceeded—our expectations, and our office floors have never looked better. Communication is clear and responsive, and they are always willing to accommodate our scheduling needs. Highly recommend for reliable and high-quality floor cleaning services.
Be more realistic with drying time. It was about 12 hours not 3-4. Also notify homeowner that lumps in carpet will/should be gone once carpet is dry.
Should also offer coupons for next service.
