Service providers who perform the work usually very, very good. Easy to make appointments. But this time invoice sent to me stating it was unpaid when it was indeed paid the day of the service. Also I question wheather one add on service was actually performed. Sent response to billing department.

I find it pretty shady that you advertise cleaning carpets for one price and once you come the add ons are so expensive $500 for two small rooms and one small room rug . That is ridiculous

Difficulty with scheduling. First technician tried to come almost two hours earlier than when we requested, and then the second tech came after the end of the allotted timeslot. We had changed our schedules to accommodate the appointment time, and the second tech did not offer any explanation. Happy with the carpets but frustrated with this part of the service.

We have been using ZeroRez for 6 or 7 years and their technology is different to others, I believe. Prior to using ZeroRez the other carpet cleaning companies we used it seemed like the carpet would get dinghy in a short period of time. Come to find out that that was the residue from the soap others used to clean the carpets. Anyways ZeroRez uses equipment that they have on their trucks and heat the water up towards 180* to 200* no chemical base soaps. When they are finished cleaning our carpet it looks great and stays clean a lot longer. Usually we clean our carpet twice a year and even though fairly old it looks remarkable for the age! Also their technicians have always been professional and personable. It’s a pleasure doing business with ZeroRez and their crew! Thanks for a job well done 🙏!
Quick & don't use any soapy products
Zerorez always does a good job on my carpets. The cleaning techs have always been very professional and friendly.
First time using this company and I was very impressed. Our tech, Jaden, was excellent. He explained everything thoroughly and didn't try to upset hard like other companies. Every time he did something, he told us to make sure we knew. We have 3 dogs and made a lot of mess unfortunately. But with Jaden, he definitely made our apartment smell so fresh with the Level 1 dog service, that we didn't think was possible. I highly recommend Zerorez especially if you have pets! And I also highly recommend Jaden! Will definitely call him again next time!
