It was a well cleaned job. Only it took more than 2 hours to dry. But overall, I was still satisfied.
I have no idea I haven't got my carpets back
Well, upon consultation with the ZeroRez representatives, I decided to deep clean a couple of areas of my living room carpet. When one of the guys brought in the machine needed to do the deep cleaning and started it, the machine dumped a huge black, wet mess on my light carpet. He calmly said, "oh, somebody didn't clean the machine last time." He took the machine out and presumably cleaned it. All the while he was gone, the mess was saturating my carpet. Now that the carpet has been drying a day, we are looking at that area and are really wondering if the shadow we see there isn't from the black mess that was dumped there. Additionally, there are spots here and there that were there before and that I thought would be removed with the cleaning so I'm a little disappointed. All in all the carpet does look somewhat better in most places than it did before. I had to try cleaning it but would make recommendations re ZeroRez with reservations.

This is the second time I have used them, they were great at communication! The carpets looked amazing and they were very professional.
My carpet still smells like pet urine. I am truly disappointed after spending $200 for clean carpet. Not sure what happened. Perhaps he was too efficient or didn't concentrate on that large spot.

Our technician was very professional and quality conscious. We had our grout cleaned and we are very satisfied. He took his time to make sure the problem area was thoroughly cleaned. We really appreciated his effort and time to give us the best result possible. In the end, our tile looked fantastic!

I had to request a re-do I feel sad to do that. Once my carpet is redone I can better answer this question. For now I cannot recommend.
