Your advertizing is terribly misleading. Yes...3 rooms for $99. $8 gasoling surcharge!? $40 for the "un"guaranteed treatment!? How does that differ from sanctioned treatment?

The cleaning seemed to do a good job, the provider was prompt, and pleasant to deal with.

Our livingroom carpet was overdue for a good cleaning. Zerorez left the carpet clean and looking almost new. Anthony, the technician, was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Your products are positive.Unfortunately I was not made aware a residue would be left after cleaning ducts.. I happen to be a COPD patient , the reason I hasd my ducts cleaned.
I contacted your customer service. They sent Brett the tech back to my home.. Awaiting disposition.
