Too soon to tell. Your associate who did the job was very professional. I would certainly ask for him if I select your company in the future.
No heavy equipment enters the home and the cleaning process was effective and leaves no residue so the carpet should stay clean longer than when a detergent is used. The technician was friendly, accommodative, and a very efficient worker.

Not hard or crusty like other competitors
Ellis was very accommodating and worked very hard to complete the job even though he was not feeling well. It is the fact that there were drips of water left on the marble tiles
which left the floor sticky and not easily removed. We had to wash the entire flooring with hot soap and water to remove the residue. There was a huge stain in the bedroom which we thought would not come out and Ellis tried very hard to remove it. It had been there for almost a year. We did however, attempt to try removing it ourselves and with a scrub brush and some Oxy Clean the stain came out. You can come see for yourself before the new owners move in. Sorry, but the price was not commiserate with the outcome.
This time I wasn't as impressed as the last time we had you to our home. The carpet didn't dry for 24 hours and that worried me. I will still get you next time and recommend you. I just hope next time is better. Also, I felt like the person who came to our home was trying too hard to promote other products.

First of all, Ellis was amazing! You are so very fortunate to have someone that is courteous, customer service oriented, and such a hard worker. I'm sure you are aware that customer service is a lost art these days yet it's crucial for a business to be successful. With employees like Ellis on your team, you will go far.
Our carpets were a complete mess. To be honest, I didn't think anything or anyone would be able to make them look much better. Ellis was a taskmaster! When he finished, our carpet looked BETTER than when we moved into this house five years ago, I am not exaggerating. In fact, our landlady and her daughter came over afterward and they were quite impressed.
As far as the products you use, I appreciate that they are Earth, people, and pet friendly. There was no odor during or after, and because of that, I was completely comfortable allowing our cat walk around (even without sox!). That may not seem like much to you, but it is to me. You don't know me, but I am an extremely picky person and between Ellis and your products, they won me over completely. It is my pleasure to recommend ZEROREZ to everyone who is looking for quality work and the best results possible; even when it seems impossible. ZEROREZ IS the right way to clean.

Courteous worker, leaves no soap in the carpet. Fast drying time.
The stains came out. High traffic areas look great. The carpet is soft, too.
The first time I used Zerorez last summer, the results were much better. This time, I am not seeing as good of results. The carpeting does not look much different. I also like to do carpet cleaning to get rid of any pet smells, but I don't notice any difference.
This was my first time using Zerorez. I told the man who did my light gray carpet that it was 20 years old and had wear patterns so just do the best he could. I was amazed to see that the carpet cleaned beautifully and the wear patterns that other cleaners had never removed, are virtually gone! Needless to say I am very happy with Zerorez!

I was very happy with Jan. He did a wonderful job EXCEPT there was a stain near the kitchen in the dining room that after he left and the carpet dried the stain came showed worse.
We would liek him or someone else to come back out and tackle that area again.

Service technicians are very friendly and professional. My carpet looked fabulous when he was all done. I also like the way the carpets smell okay when they are drying unlike other place I have used and the smell is musty until finally it's completely dry.
