First let me say that the guys who came to clean were absolutely wonderful and extremely friendly which I appreciate. I have no issue with them at all. They were on time and quick which was nice. My high traffic areas inside my front door and the hallway did not come clean. It doesn’t look like anybody was even here to clean them. I took a white rag and wet it and rubbed part of it and got dirt. This should not have happened. I’m disappointed with that. I’m not sure how to correct it unless you send somebody to redo the hallway/high traffic areas. The rest of the condo looks wonderful. I’m happy with that just not the other.

When we called to make an appointment I told the person that the rug was silk and she quoted a price around $300-350. When they came to pick up the rug, the price increased to $572. That's called bait and switch. I should have found another cleaner to get the work done and regret that I let them take the rug now.

Didn’t really get the carpet all that clean compared to what you supposedly do when you do your infomercial on FOX5! Also the carpet took at least 24 hours to dry! Instead of 2-8 hours we were told! That is what I was expecting, cleaner carpets & dry within 8 hours.

They showed up well within the time they said. The gentleman did not wear shoe coverings as he walked around my home. I went to review their website where it mentions they always wore shoe coverings. We do not wear our shoes in our home. When I asked him if he would wear them after he walked around my home, he said to me "I only have 4 pairs for 5 homes today. I'm going to clean the places that I walked on". No he was not. He was not going to clean my onyx floors that he called 'porcelain tile'. My response was, "what does that have to do with wearing them inside of my home? I dont even wear my shoes in my home." So he decided that he would wear them. I guess initially he thought my home was worth him saving his shoe coverings on so he could respect this upcoming customers.
We also took off 1 room from the service we asked for. At the time of booking I asked for both quotes. The new price that I was given was nowhere near the amount I was given over the phone. At my home he took off $20, including taxes for removing 1 bedroom. I was quoted a $40 difference over the phone. Apparently my 'discount' was removed when they were in person.
I couldn't wait for him to leave. My husband decided to allow him to clean the carpet. If it was up to me, disrespecting my home, coupled with the upsale once he was there, was enough reason they did not deserve my business.
No one has the right to disrespect my home nor decide to argue with me about it, especially when its posted on their site about their shoe coverings. My home is less than a year old. I have a child that crawls. If I care about my property and child enough to do something so simple as remove my shoes in the place I pay a mortgage on, then so should this man. I picked zerorez because I thought they could care just as much as I do. I've used them before in GA. I will NEVER use them again.
