The job performed was awesome. I couldn't believe how clean everything was. I am bad with names , however I believe his name is Gary who performed our service. He let us know exactly what he was doing. I was very impressed with him .
Carpet is always very clean after servicing. The protectant has been a God send in a
home containing 3 cats. Thanks for helping me live in my house more comfortably.
I have black porcelain floors and insets for the carpet in the bedrooms and it would have been nice if the technician had cleaned up foot steps and over spray...

There are all kinds of lines on my carpet which vacuuming won't take out. Very disappointed with this result. I called and they are coming again on Mon., not looking forward to have this done again, a real inconvenience.

Scheduling an appt. was easy and they were prompt in arriving. Cory did such a wonderful job and our older carpets never looked so good! The cost was reasonable and worth the clean, protected carpets.

No residue
Furniture movement and thus cleaning close to furniture is a bit of an issue. I did a lot of movement myself as I was not certain what the cleaner would do. The cleaning crew is now only one person so that limits what he can do. I am not sure that I could recommend you to a "little old lady" who can't move even light weight furniture.
Nice person did a wonderful job
Zerorez technology doesn't leave a residue and dries quickly. Carpet looks new again. Been using Zerorez for years!
