The carpets aren't stiff after drying. The spots don't come back immediately.
Product was amazing. It was able to remove 95 percent on the stains and heavy traffic areas. They were also able to turn our black tile grout back to its original color. The tech was excellent in communicating to us calling us before he arrived and before he was finished. I highly recommend zerorez

The carpet was cleaned only yesterday but it is soft and beautiful with apparently no residue to make it crispy. The few spots we had are completely gone so we are happy and will use your service in the future. Not to mention, Roy is a nice man and was very considerate of our home.

The vacuum
It was all talk and the job did not get done.
Personnel were professional in manner, carpet looked brand new once done, no chemical residue. The only problem I had with this most recent service (I used Zerorez once before),when I scheduled informed scheduler that had a pet stain. I expected the same service as previously performed. Instead they just sprayed on the surface. No deep extraction as perviously performed. I only had two rooms done but charged for the 3 room minimum. The service I had done the first time, and expected the second visit, really worked, not so much this time.

Company's commitment and follow through
No call 24 hours in advance to notify us it was still on. A five hour time window is way too much. When you add 4 hours to wait for the carpet to dry, you want from 1 PM to 11 PM open if the window for arrival is 1-5 PM. I also called in the morning to narrow down the time and couldn't. Brandon who came out was great, but I don't know if we will use the service again because of the long window you want to be left open.
