You got the job done
The Cleaner who worked on my carpets was very professional and answered ALL my questions. His name was Jarod. I was very pleased with his service.
I had two carpeted rooms cleaned by Zerorez in April of this year for $169. There were several pet spots that needed to be treated from my mothers dog I am baby sitting. I was very pleased with the price and service and very disappointed this time with the price and service.
This time I added one more 10 x 10 room and was quoted $277. After quite a time of haggling I got him to reduce it to $212. The extra room did not have any soiled spot from the dog, it just needed a general cleaning.
My point is I was quoted three rooms for $99. I never expected to get a quote for $277 and had to haggle to get it down. We still have one spot in the living room that did not come out and the edge of the carpet in the master bedroom did not come very clean.
I love how clean the carpet gets using only water! And that dirt does not re emerge 2 days later.
this is a new procedure for my home, I really do not have any results yet as carpet was wet all night and will see what it looks like tonight. The service from Brett was very professional and a real nice experience so far.

The additional scrubber made a different and the drying time
I love the idea that there are no chemicals used on the carpets and that they are disinfected as they are cleaned. With 4 little children and lots of dirt with comings and goings that was a huge selling point for me. My children are worth more than the 69.00 carpet cleaners who use chemicals, leave the floors crusty and the stains resurface shortly after they are done. We have obviously gone that route before :). I also felt good about the employees who were sent out: Andrew and Jared were kind and efficient. I felt safe about leaving my home during they time they cleaned as well.
Even our old carpets look good!
This is the second time I used your services, first was for my carpet in my casita, this time my sofa & loveseat. They look and smell great. I didn't realize the got so dirty in just 1 year. thanks.

Technician was on time, clean and friendly.
Zerorez is always prompt, professional and great results. Brandon (the technican) was very knowledgable and did a great job. We will ask that he comes back to our home for the next scheduled cleaning.

Brett was wonderful and did an excellent job. I did, however, find your services way too expensive. Not the carpets but the furniture. Also, I thought the carpets would be dry in half the time it actually took. It was almost the next am before I could replace furniture.
Be sure to give Brett the $15.00 I put on check, the receipt showed it as going for services.

Fast drying, Chemicals used if any are mild, and protects the rugs from damages, really cleans the rug good
Andrew has come twice to stretch our carpet and he has done a phenomenal job. He has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is done well.

I like that there are no chemicals used in the cleaning process. The young man who cleaned the carpet was informative and did a good job.
No chemicals!
No soap left in carpet and it is soft when it drys and not stiff. Seems to stay clean longer.
REasonable price and you get the carpets cleaner than the others (Stanley Steamer, etc)
I don't feel that your cleaning process cleans very well.
Pet odor removal
Your product gets rid of urine, dirt & oil stains. There is always a terrific difference in the appearance of the carpet.
The serviceman came when he said he would. Did a very through job. The carpet looks great for being an old carpet.
Carpets did not seem to be all the way clean. Also water, boot prints and cleaner were left on our wooden floors. Our experience was very non-professional.
