Great service and fantastic results!
Quick, efficient and not extremely loud. Floor was greatly cleaned but not super saturated like other cleaners leave. Was able to get carpets clean on greasy high traffic areas. They are very accommodating on time schedules. Carpets in our automotive building look like new!

Luis called before he arrived. He was earlier than scheduled, which was very nice for us. Luis was professional and pleasant while working in our home. The stairs get soiled and Luis worked to get them clean. He also took time to remove some stains in the the master bedroom carpet. We were pleased with Luis's service and with his work ethic.

The carpets dry quickly. The technicians are nice & professional. Alittle on the pricey side but my carpets are clean and look practically new again.

The reason it's unlikely that I'd recommend zerorez to others is due to the fact that I rarely, if ever, discuss "cleaners" with others and also that it would be highly unlikely that anyone would ask me anything about carpet cleaning.
We love that there are no chemicals left in the carpets. Chris and Marcus were the best workers yet! I will request them next time. The operator of the equipment really does make a difference. Thanks for a job well done

The tech was very personable and knowledgeable
We are thrilled with the service. Our technician has got to be the best in the business. Leslie went above and beyond to accommodate our desires, and did a superb job on carpets that haven't been cleaned in years. They look great!
So yes, the 'hype' you hear on the radio ads is absolutely true - Zerorez Las Vegas is in our humble opinions, the best carpet cleaner in Vegas - or maybe even the entire country...
