Nothing but a surprise when they did the carpets. Clean and quick. The tile cleaning that was included was the biggest shocker. This will become a yearly process.
Fast, efficient, friendly service. Tech did 5 rooms in about an hour with little inconvenience.
Only issue I have (and last time I used ZEROREZ) is that tech exaggerated “dry” time for carpet. We were told “3-4 hours”. In fact, carpet was still damp 8-10 hours after treatment. Better to be upfront with the homeowner who probably won’t really care.
Ray did a very good job on our carpets and flooring he is very professional and very thorough and helped us understand all aspects of the cleaning process

I have used Zerorez for 5 years to clean my carpeting and have always been very satisfied with the result. The company also did an extensive clean of an older couch which allowed it to be used for several more years. My most recent cleaning was completed by Victor S.
