You did what you said that you would do and very quickly I must say.
Over the 11 years that we have lived here we have had several carpet cleaning companies come in but none could compare to the cleanliness of the carpets by your company and technicians the technicians were extremely polite and knowledgeable and the results were amazing I would definitely recommend this to friends and relatives and in the future you will be the only company we contact
They did an excellent job in cleaning our garage floor. They were very efficient and personable we are very happy with their service and results
Spots remain in the one strip of carpeting we needed cleaned. We totally disagree it's "wear" (upgraded carpeting, 2 yrs. old, memory foam padding underneath ~ was cleaned about 6 months ago also).
Carpets were cleaned a week ago and are dirty already. Spots came back that I paid extra for. Plus the carpet looks shaded in areas, almost like it’s from the treatment. Looks horrible.
The guys were great. Did a excellent job and in a timely matter. Were so nice. Always checking to see if I was happy with each room. Ten ⭐️’s

I Once S/ser they were only here for 20 min. That’s with unpacking there’s equipment and packing up.

I have used your company for many years. Most recently I have been terribly disappointed in that the stains on the carpet were never removed. That has not been my experience in the past so you can understand my reluctance to refer your company. I have no pets just us two retired persons.

I am so pleased with my Zerorez service. The carpets look better than great. Our technician was so good and friendly. You can tell he likes his job and believes in the company. You don’t always see that.
Cleaning of grout and grout sealing.
I have used Zerorez for years. The work is always done correctly and professionally, whether it is carpet, floors, or furniture, all with no residue or chemically smell.
The technicians were here for less than one hour. Does this represent the quality of the cleaning in a positive or negative way? I am not sure, but I would have liked knowing that 300$ of work would take less than one hour so I wasn't left questioning the quality.
