The service was easy to schedule. The Rep who completed the service was knowledgeable, courteous and careful with my property. He did a thorough job with the carpet and couches. Will definitely use this service again!

This was my first time using ZEROREZ. The cleaning service was great, soft clean carpets! The technician was efficient and friendly. I would like to see a little more care take with landscaping as you pull the hoses from the truck into the home.

This is the 2nd time I've used your service. I would rate the first experience as a 10, there were a couple of minor problems this time around. Upon arrival the equipment on the truck was inoperable causing about a 45 minute delay for another truck to be dispatched. Considering this was the first stop of the day, it seems reasonable that some sort of inspection should have been done before the truck left the office. Even when the new truck arrived there were problems but things eventually worked out. The tech was polite and apologetic throughout the process. I'm pretty happy with the results although It seemed the tech was in a bit of a hurry to make up for lost time. As a result, a few spots were missed here and there. Nothing major. Some spots in the tile grout were missed, last time it was cleaner. Overall I would recommend your company as I chalk this experience up to faulty equipment.

I was disappointed that my tile was not cleaned along the baseboard and it shows. I realize that the buffer can’t do that but maybe with a mop. What can cleaner can I use to remove the darker color.

Your “service charge” of around $12 is not high but it is not disclosed before booking your services. I got the 99$ 3 bedroom deal but there’s nothing more irritating and sketchy when a business does not disclose all its fees until they arrive at your door. My trust in you is lost. Have your service reps disclose this info on the phone when someone calls to make an appointment.

I appreciate how organized you are! When I originally made the call I immediately got disconnected (my phone error) and just like magic, your company called ME!! When our carpet expert arrived, 1st of all, I was happy to see it was the same guy from last year - (tells me that your value your employees and he likes his job!) The whole experience was timely, organized, emails and text to confirm. Quick, clean, and I love our carpets again!!
