You got the stains and smells from my dog peeing, out of my carpet!
The technician told me I should have extra treatment on 2 small areas--at the cost of $100!! He tried to do that 2 times. No way!! It was so obvious that he was trying to upsell! Didn't appreciate that.

YOUR MAN WAS HERE ON 8/10 AND DID A GOOD JOB. WELL THE NEXT DAY WE FOUND 2 AREAS THAT NOW HAVE TWO LARGE SPOTS WHICH WERE NOT THERE BEFORE HE STARTED. SO ON SAT 8/14 SOMEONE WILL BE COMING OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM....WE WILL STILL USE YOUR SERVICES DOWN THE ROAD.

I’ve used Zerorez for my carpets before and this is the first time I had my tile cleaned. The floors feel clean without the smell and stickiness of chemicals. Also, my stone tile floors hadn’t been cleaned for 17 years (due to the high cost and sticky residue left over). I am very impressed!! My floors look and feel brand new. The cost was reasonable. The technician, Brandon M. was so friendly and courteous!! I love it!!
