OMG it was the greatest experience ever! Took about an hour and a half and the tech(I wish I could remember his name) was so kind and accommodating I will definitely request him next time! I have 2 dogs and frequently 2 more that visit who are all definitely prone to accidents and he not only cleaned it but added some sort of pet protectant! Took about 5 hours to dry completely and he even moved a chair from my bedroom that was too heavy for me - which I didn't even request!!! My friend recommended Zerorez and I am so happy he did! If anyone has doubts please don't!!! If I could rate the service higher I would!!
I know this is probably an odd comment. But I just thought that the cleaning was very fast.
I did have one room empty and just part of another room and then the master where he just had to go around the bed.
I did not know if the dog treatment was supposed to sit a little bit before they started or not.
I don’t know if that makes a difference on what is retrieved from the carpet or not.
It was just a lot faster service than the previous visit. And there are two people doing that one.

My carpets look like new. Mike is a very nice guy. He does a great job, and he's very friendly. He always comes on time or before my appointment 😀

Technician was ver courteous and considerate and personable.. so often that is an characteristic that’s out of fashion.., Thank you for that .. he did an outstanding job .. I was very pleased and I would recommend your services to my friends..

Technician not friendly at all, either he was talking to himself or on the phone. Do they work on commission, because he seemed upset cause all I wanted was cleaned. I had the whole room cleared except 1 couch so it was very easy for him. No thank you for making so easy. I understand that was I was supposed to do, but how many make that easy.
Had very good cleaning. However, a manager was suppose to call about a price adjustment but never did. Disappointing!!!!
Corey was great to work with. He was very personable and professional. Our tile floors look great and am embarrassed to know how dirty our grout used to be. Zerorez vehicles are a common site in our community (Tuscany Residential Village in Henderson) so it was a no-brainer to use your services.

Technicians are ALWAYS polite and Efficient. This is the fifth time using services and we won’t hire anyone else. It is hard to get good customer service these days. From the time I received the call to book to the actual cleaning, zerorez provides top notch customer service! Plus my carpets are beautiful!

Clean carpets - professional - on time.
Better spot cleaning of soiled areas. It seemed that no precleaning was done on specific spots and those didn't come up in extraction. I was able to go back after the cleaning and clear up a few spots that weren't cleared.
