charged way to much and then wanted to charge again for second attempt.
I like that they don’t use harsh chemicals (I have asthma and it’s easily aggravated by strong cleaning products) and that it was a quick process!

Not offered treatment to remove pet stains, only offered deodorizer,so stains are still there after carpet dried.yes I understand that stains may not come out but carpet was only cleaned.When I called you want to charge me the same for that small room that I paid for 3 rooms an a area rug..BAD business!!!

Our carpet was wet for about 24 hours in a lot of spots, and we only had one spot that needed attention and it is still not good. I think the guy doing our carpet was in a hurry.

Quick and Easy with great clean results. The service rep explained my options and made suggestions.
The 2 bedrooms came out good, but the 3 area rugs were still dirty. I had to get them redone. I have lived in Vegas for 32 years and have used ChemDry of Las Vegas and will continue to use them. Zerorez was a referral, and I thought I would give them a try. The 2 techs were at my house for 15 minutes tops and charged me $255 for 2 small bedrooms and 3 small area rugs. Rip off to say the least!
Carpets were clean and fluffy when our serviceman finished his work.

my carpet looks great - it just took a long time to dry - i had to soak up moisture with
towels and sheets - some areas were still moist the following morning

Eric the technician was very informative about what he was using. I was very impressed with his professionalism. The products had no strong odor and my floors looked amazing after it was cleaned.
