Zack and helper were very friendly and understanding of our carpet problems and resolved the extra dirty issues with the thresholds. they did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. Zack went over the carpets many times and many different ways to make sure they were clean. Very professional and careful... We were very satisfied !!

Excellent customer service from the agents and the Techs, also very professional and corteous.
When cleaning carpets tech needs to make sure he cleans up water that gets on tile. If he uses a cloth must make sure he cleans and does not leave cleaning solution on tile. It just leaves smears
The carpets are clean and the technician was friendly. But he left lines on the carpet. I've never seen them do that.

I do notice some residue from the protection product they sprayed on the floor, I tried cleaning it with water some came off but it was very hard to remove

Service is Great AND Very efficient AND carpets looked great
The results are GREAT! You can walk on the carpet without that feeling of soap film or a sandy feeling until you vacuum it a few times. The service was very good and took a reasonable amount of time. I'm HAPPY!!!!!

Cleaning carpets is a lot of work. I always prep my home by moving the furniture off the carpet and doing a thorough job of vacuming. I really appreciate the technicians attention to detail, pre treating and shampooing. It took a little longer for my carpets to dry this time because I had a lot of dog stains. Also, we have had a lot of rain and it is humid. I was able to move my furniture back into place after 5 hours. Not a bad days work.
Michael and his partner were thorough and hard workers. They were also engaging and kind. The tiles and carpeting came out fabulous and I will let my friends know about this service. Thank you.

Carpet downstairs was soaking wet and stairs still soiled
This was my first time using your company's services. The technician did a great job of explaining the treatments and the cost involved. We're pleased with how our carpets look almost like new again. Our carpets have not dried completely and will need a couple more days if not sooner before replacing our furnishings and sleeping in the rooms again.
I saw the advertisement in the LV Review-Journal and decided to call and book our appointment, I also want to know how do I claim the tickets for 2 free passes for Cowabanga?

Carpets look great, technician was very professuonal
Overall the carpet looked good. But it was very Expensive, didn't really trust the cleaner guy. I felt like he gave me a very high quote for the job. He didn't follow through on something he told me he'd do. Most Stains all still in the carpet.
Had two bedrooms and an area rug cleaned. Did an excellent job. Would definitely use them again.
After having used another service for years, I started using Zerorez a couple of years ago and haven't looked back.
The carpets are cleaner, dry faster and look better.
