The two young men who came to clean our carpets and sofas were very personable, very courteous, and very professional. They were very respectful of my home as well. They did a very thorough and fantastic job.
Always get friendly and competent service. Like the fact that no harsh chemicals are used
I usually like you guys but my last service was not as good as my last I requested Victor and so understand he was not available but I had a few areas that could have been cleaned better one spot was dog poop and I know that could be cleaned and the area by my stairs could have been cleaned better it still looks dirty not as dirty but it still looks dark. I thought it would look different when it dried but it didn’t. The young man that was here did a good job every where else and he got a stain out of my sofa so I thank him for that.

The process had begun but was interrupted for about 45 minutes for a new replacement truck after something malfunctioned in the original truck. Also found a few nicks on the door jam caused by the hose. End product very good. Very nice technician.

This was not the best carpet cleaning Xerorez has done for us. I understand that we have two large stains but in the past your company has completely removed them from sight. Eventually they come back up, but this was not the case this time.
Firstly, i use to help the owner at Dr Royal’s Henderson office, and I finally tried ZeroRez based on his association.
The rep was friendly but did not seem thorough at all. We just needed the stairs and area rug done and while he finished the stairs he said that he usually does it twice but it looks good … okay sure whatever. Then he does our rug and after he’s done he he says he usually uses a deep cleaner to really pull out all the dog hair… he’s saying the is as he is using a tool to bill gobs of hair out of the rug...WTF? Then he says, Jjust vacuum the areas really well in 4-6 hours to get the rest of the hair out.
He spilled the hot cleaning spray over our flooring (which left marks every where) and he didn’t clean it up. The corner protectors were bumped out of the way and he kept walking by them even though they were scuffing our white paint. He wore the shoe protectors but kept walking outside to his van with them on then back into our home. He parked his van exactly where I asked him o the phone not too. I wanted my car upholstery done and ge talked me out of it.
So much for tipping this guy up front.
ZeroRez is super expensive we spent $250+ for the area rug and stairs. Never again. I have withheld blowing up Google and Yelp and social media reviews so I could communicate this first. I am doing this only as a professional courtesy because I knew the owner back when I helped him at the clinic.

Steven M was amazing! I highly recommend him. He took his time and did a great job. And once I told him what I was quoted he didn’t try to up sell me like the last time. He simply said I will do my best to get these spots out. Because of that I’ll be getting my carpets done more often and asking for him.
Zerorez did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. Price was very reasonable. Eric was very respectful and polite. They were on time. Carpet looks like new. Will definitely use them again.
Zak Taylor was professional, thorough and respectful of our home. He displayed excellent knowledge and informed us in the care of the carpets, tile and wood floors. We appreciate his advice and recommendations. We will refer Zerorez to our family and friends.

The techs were very nice and clean looking
Service was great! Greg W., the service tech, called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if it was convenient for him to come early. I was delighted. He arrived on time and was very friendly. I asked if he could include two area rugs that I had not requested in my initial order. He gave me a quote and got right to work. My home is small and I think he was done in about 30 minutes. The carpets and area rugs look wonderful!! Almost like new. AND the price was great. I will definitely use ZeroRes again and have recommended them to several friends.
