Personal service, excellent process results
Valerie on the phone was knowledgeable and set an appointment only 2 days out from the day I called. Zack the technician was early which was wonderful. He knew his services and was pleasant and very helpful with my decision to send the big rugs in for deep cleaning.
I sent 2 large area rugs with him for factory deep cleaning, I am excited to see the results. We discussed price and were finished with everything within a half hour!
He surface cleaned a 4ft area rug that looks brand new now. It is the second time I have used Zerorez but will not be the last time - they are terrific!
You need better office staff, I was asked it I wanted closet cleaned, I said yes but I was not asked if they where walk in, extra $19 each 😡. I told you I had one room with dog urine (newly purchased house, not my dog) I was quoted $35 extra and there is no change in the smell, I'm talking 0%. I had to rent a rug doctor to get that room cleaned, I should have just done everything myself for a lot less.
