I am VERY happy with the work that was done however I was also considering cleaning a
5 x 7 wool rug. I was expecting it to cost about $35 or so but was quoted around $100. Thats crazy. I was also told that my family room rug which is bound (not wall to wall) so that should be considered a "throw rug" and priced accordingly. Its approx a 12 x 12 rug so that I could never afford to clean it with your company.
Your process did remove many of the stains the previous service could not and removed all but a couple of minor stains that I had. Overall I was very satisfied.
Very nice and thorough cleaning people and products.
