The technicians did a great job on the carpet. They were friendly and helpful. The rug had not been done in a long time and after it was cleaned it looked great.

Convenient and price
The tech barely spent 40 mins in my house. Didn’t make any attempt to move even the lightest furniture. Didn’t take his time. Offered to “deep clean” my carpets even though they are new. I consider zero rez a premium service and it definitely did not feel like that the day of service. $250 dollars for 40 mins of work. I will definitely be using a different company next time.
Price was not as anticipated. Up sell to get carpet cleaned
There was a cancellation and I was offered a two hour earlier appointment which I accepted. The tech was polite, courteous and professional and explained the add-ons available and their costs and what he recommendhed for my particular problems. He was efficient and careful with his equipment. A definite POSITIVE and Zerorez should hope all its Techs were as thorough as the one that serviced me.

Your technician is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always on time and one time even a little early. Our carpets have a clean smell and look fantastic.
Know soap or other products added to the water.
The tile cleaning left area marks on the floor.
I like that you do not use a lot of chemicals to clean. The carpets & furniture look almost new & No residue or smells.
Victor did an amazing job of the carpets but especially our sofa & chair. Our cat had urinated & pooped on the velvet furniture & he was able to get rid of the stains. I see no stainer smell. I was afraid it would not all come out but it did.
He put a protectant on the furniture which should make it easier to clean if any spills or accidents.That did have a smell until it dried.
He was on time, very personable & did such a wonderful job.
A technician Will I hope I spelled his name right was fabulous I will request him the next time that A need carpet cleaned at my home !!!!!!
