Like the way my carpet was cleaned and the young man was very professional and polite he did an excellent job
I have used zerorez before and the carpet dried very quickly but this time the carpet was cleaned by 10 am and was still wet the next morning. It should dry more quickly then 24 hours for sure. I
Regarding tile cleaning, I found mineral deposit water marks after service that I had to clean up. Other than that, the service was good!

Great service and a great product. Had a lot of cleaning to do after a remodel and now my house looks and feels great.
Main reason for service was to clean stairs. After carpet dried, noticeable dirty strips were left on the edges of the carpet, especially on the landing. Technician was nice but felt the service was rushed. He guessed it should take 45 minutes and was there for about 20 minutes.

I like that after the carpets are cleaned their isn’t a strong odor of cleaner left behind. I also love that our carpets don’t feel stiff afterwards either meaning that most of the product has been lifted out of the carpet

Major was wonderful, my flooring looks great and so do the carpets in the bedroom. I have 2 very large dogs, so flooring does get messy.
Tracy is the most knowledgeable and professional service technician I have ever come across. He is extremely friendly and continuously strives to get the job done!
They talked my husband into doing the deep cleaning for more money & the areas that were dirtier were still left dirty. So the deep cleaning and extra charge did nothing.
You can make it right by re-doing the areas if it’s actually going to make a difference Or refunding the extra charge.
Jasper H was great. I had 2 bedrooms ,3 area rugs and my tile floors which make up most of the house. He didn't rush it., worked extra hard on a few tough spots, Everything came out great, the tile looks amazing and the grout lighten back to its original color. All around impeccable work. If you want the job done, call Jasper.
