fast accurate professional service
Ethan, our Zerorez technician did a great job on my very old carpet. I bought my home just before Covid started and now with supply chain issues, I am waiting to replace my floors and carpeting. Ethan made 25 year old carpeting look like it was clean and new.
He also was very respectful, easy to talk to and pleasant to be around.

We have used Zerorez for years. We had carpet in our home in Ca. and now moving to No. Las Vegas and have tile. The technician did a great job and our floors look like new.

You can see where they sprayed areas in my living room. It left an outline in areas. I also have an area that I paid extra for pretreatment and it seems that it made it worse.
The service was quick and efficient. The carpet looked great when the job was done.

I have dark tile that gives the illusion of wood and dark grout. I understand I’m not going to see a stark difference as if I had lighter towel or light grout. For me it is a major problem that your product when dries leaves bits and pieces of white residue. At one point before the operator laugh I brought it to his attention and he said well the machine can’t get back into the small areas where the water is. When it dried it was worse. I feel I paid way too much money to have to look at that or get down on my hands and knees to try to get it up. I do feel that my floors are clean but not happy with the rest of it. there’s more that I could say but I won’t because it seems you’re only solution instead of trying to talk to me about it is sending the same guy back. Your call center refused to give me your email address I had to find it using my own devices. Not a happy customer.
I am horrible at names, but my cleaner explained in detail what he would be able to do with my doggie urine stained carpet. Gave me a quote much less than I was expecting. He did an amazing job and was done much sooner than I expected as well! My carpets look amazing and I will definitely be calling again next time I need my carpets cleaned!

Helpful with all aspects
From the very beginning of Victor arriving, I had the feeling of having a very knowledgeable and conscientious worker. Zero Rez has a Great cleaning method to make carpet lift up, truly cleans , and fresh smelling.
Each time I have been satisfied with Zero Rez and their crew. But, Victor did the best job yet. I Also noticed the carpets were not as wet as sometimes. I think it really helps to remove the excess moisture.
