Professional friendly on time great price perfect job done
We had a VERY dirty carpet! Five years of multiple dogs and upright humans treading over it made it look and smell pretty bad! John solved our problem and lightened the color of the carpet by several shades. Zerorez was just what we needed!

Were you afraid I honestly don't think I've ever seen our carpets cleaner and they're fairly old and a light color your staff was very accommodating when I called to place an appointment and we were very pleased with the tech very professional and friendly and did an extremely good job

Excellent cleaning and excellent service. Have used Zerorez for many years and have never been disappointed and we have white carpet. With Covid we didn’t do an annual cleaning and went about 3 years before calling in Zerorez. Thrilled to have clean carpets again!

Workman was very professional and friendly and tidy. Our only concern was he said the carpet would be dry in 4-6 hours and it was not dry until about 18 or more hours. Made me wonder if he had spent enough time extracting the water.

Major went above and beyond the normal quality of service and worked on our old pet stains harder than ever, plus Major gave us tips to help us should it happen again.
