Dear Martha M.,

Good morning, I wanted to reach out in regard to the carpet cleaning service I received on the above date at my home: 7033 Twin Forks peak St. LV, NV 89166.

I have always been happy with your service however, I’m very disappointed with the service I received on 11/2/2 I paid $378.00 for a bedroom, a stairwell and 2 area rugs. The technician performed the work in an hour. That seems a very steep price for one hour of work.

In addition, there was an abundance of overspray on the hardwood border that goes up my stairwell. I didn’t notice it until long after it had dried and it took me a long time to wipe clean each stair of the residue. Fortunately it did not damage my hardwood but, I labored over an hour to get it all cleaned up.

I’m attaching photos of the overspray. This overspray was on both sides of every single stair. No care was taken to wipe it clean. It left a dried-on mess.

Maybe go over the more used areas twice. We found black silt after they left in our great room and had to call back again to get it done.

Major was awesome, great guy. But all stains came right back before it was fully dried. Asked if I wanted a deep treatment which I did not want to do. But if just spray treatment dosent work for any stains then I feel as if the deep treatment should be what you offer right away, I don’t believe 190ish dollars are worth a pray treatment and stains don’t go away.

I appreciated the whole process. The technicians were friendly and professional. They were very informative. The cleaning process went very smoothly and the results were amazing. The dirty carpet on the stairs looks like new. The tile floors have never looked cleaner. I did not realize the tile was that dirty.
There was no lingering chemical odor, just a pleasant citrus smell that disappeared quickly.

The carpet man was very nice. He explained everything that was wrong with the carpet and what he was going to do to improve it. He left my carpet looking clean and smelling good!

They were on time and did a very thorough job. Very pleasent. I will definately use them again

Cleaner way to clean carpets

Hi, John was my tech yesterday. He did an awesome job of service. He was very concerned about doing a good jot and took his time to make sure all my questions and requests were addressed before he started work. It was eye opening to know you do the biologic treatment for urine is done for the entire room. Other carpet cleaning services seem to only do spot treatments. I appreciated the time he took to explain your services and how things work and taking the time to care. I will definitely use your services again. Happy holidays.

It was a pleasure to have Steve and Theo in our home. They were very conscientious and did very detailed work. Our home looks and feels so much better. We feel they listened to our needs and made sure the issues were taken care of as they worked. We have been impressed by Zerorez and have used you to validate contract mandated cleaning for new carpet as well as for re-newing old carpet. Would definitely request Steve and Theo again.
