The cleaners were unable to get several stains out and left the carpet with odd markings.
I would like a refund because you did not fulfill your 30 day guarantee. I contacted you guys multiple times a no one got back to me.

The booking for the estimate went well. The agent was on time and very professional. The agent, Angel, also came out for the tile cleaning when it was scheduled the next week. I was ask for him again if we need any other services in the future. I would also give him a 10.

Terrible outcome looked horrible and still dirty - had to pay for another cleaning company to come the next day to do it correctly - want a refund but know you won’t provide one
I would love to have a professional carpet stretcher come out and put my carpet back under the baseboards (how is was prior to cleaning) They pulled up my carpet from the baseboards and someone did come out with his son, but it still doesn’t look right. I have never had my carpet ripped from the baseboards like that after cleaning.
It is a very old very dirty carpet and Zerorez got it clean and nonsmelly

The carpets came fairly good. This was the first time that these carpets were professional cleaned in over 20+ years. Your tech explained what the process was going to be. He sprayed the areas that need done and then ran the cleaning brush machine. He again sprayed and then used the vacuum system. The hole job took a little more than an hour. The only dower was the job cost was about $100 more than the quoted price that I got on the telephone.
