tech added on $105 to pretreat 3 rooms! even worse i made a trip to home depot while tech was cleaning. i was returning to the house barely 30 minutes later when tech texted me and said he was done! to avoid stepping on wet surface i did not view completed job until i returned next morning. i then see that tech didn't even push sofa back to normal position so i pushed it back and now haVE about a 12 inch deep patch the entire length of the sofa that hasn't even been cleaned!
the carpet looks marginally better but i believe your process is no better than other competitors. i'm sorry i did not use them for the carpet cleaning when i had them out to clean the sofa, love seat and mattress. they said pretreat was part of the service using i believe the same steam method as you do. also, i was quoted by your office staff a total of $410 to do the sofa. love seat, and mattress. the other company did the job for $200!!
the best you can do is have the tech come by when in the vicinity and finish the cleaning in front of the sofa.

My stairs and bedroom are still dirty. Looks like nothing was done. The tech was very nice and showed me pictures on his phone. It seemed to look ok.
Sadly after it took almost 15 hours to dry. Once the floor dried there was no difference in clean from when the tech arrived. I would like a refund. I paid $257.00. For that much money my carpet should be clean. I am so disappointed. I want a refund. Not a reclean.

Daniel(?) was very friendly and fast. The carpets look absolutely beautiful, he got all the years of grime buildup out. I'm very happy, will definitely be calling you guys back to do the rest of my stairs/rooms when I finish moving around some furniture.

I think your prices to clean rungs is extreme. It cost more to clean the rungs than the rest of the house. I may find another company in the future to clean my carpets. I feel like I got ripped off. NOT happy!

I paid to have my couches cleaned when i sat down in it after they dried there was still crumbs in the crevices am not sure if they even did them I did not sit there and watch them it only took them one hour and ten minutes I own a construction and do high end custom homes if I did that to one of my builders I would not be in business

ZeroRes has good prices and outstanding customer service. I had tile and carpet cleaning done recently and Wil did an outstanding job!! Definitely recommend ZeroRes…and will use them again when needed. No need to check out other companies.

Looked good when wet but spots appeared when dry.
I like the ease of scheduling and the particular technician that came to our house, Daniel. Carpets appeared to be quite clean afterwards. Daniel was friendly but got to business right away and was very careful to make sure he cleaned every square inch of the carpet.
