Michael and his assistant were amazing,and made sure I was happy 😊, their work was very detailed and they helped me, since I recently had hip surgery, and I am on a walker, they moved some light things for me which I appreciate ,because I can't move anything right now because of my recent surgery! They made sure everything was to my liking and did wonderful job, I will definitely ask for them again, also I have been using Zerorez for years, and will continue to do so!!! Carpet feels good under foot. Techniciation was professional and knew his product well. I do have a question. Twice I scheduled a carpet cleaning. First time the technician wasn't able to get on the Air Force base. But those two schedulings the rep on the phone never said the $150 min charge was only for the carpets. They said the technician would clean the floors. I asked if that included carpeted and non-carpeted areas. The answer was yes but that wasn't the case. I did have my non-carpeted areas cleaned but think the person on the phone should state the fee only covers carpet. I will have this service again. Thank you.
Quick service and very clean 👌
The staff Kenoa was timely, friendly and professional. He provided an accurate assessment of the job and was thorough. The carpet looked 95% better than before the service. The carpet was in bad shape prior to the cleaning so, I feel that Kenoa did an excellent job.

Carpet was fine. I was supposed to get a promotion where 100 square ft of tile was supposed to be cleaned and it wasn't done. I asked management for a partial refund and told me there was nothing to refund. I ran a business and when this would happen I would refund partial for a mistake done by me. You have horrible management and I will never have you guys come out again, unfortunately. It was the customer service that was a no go for me!

This was the first time I had my carpets professionally done. Ricardo was prompt, personable and efficient. I was very pleased with the way my floors looked when he was done. I will be calling again next year.

When inquiring about services and specifically mentioned we had pet urine, the price we were quoted at did not include the cleaning to get the pet urine stains out. Instead it went up significantly. It would be better to quote us at the services we asked for rather than a standard cleaning.
Just a good company
They did a great job. Very friendly! One of the only vendors we use that doesn't need 3 to 4 weeks notice to get an appointment. We are all around happy.
