Some spots were very hard to remove bc you don't use harsh chemicals. That's not a problem, I just wish you could do a free follow up a day or two later to attack them again or get the spots that got missed because they were not visualized on the wet carpet. However our technician, was amazing. He really went above and beyond with scrubbing and re working high traffic areas and even did the thresholds of the bedroom closets. WOW.
