Technician arrived early and conducted his job
In a professional manner. Completed the work quickly. Our rugs looked great!
The service itself was excellent. The technician (Riches) called an hour before he was scheduled to arrive and said he could arrive in six minutes. That meant we had to quickly move furniture and accessories, vacuum, and herd the dogs outside. Nonetheless, Richey did a great job and we were well satisfied with his work. My only criticism was that the operator quoted me a price of $102, but the actual cost was $379! It might have been a communications problem, since we had two 9x12 rugs and one 5x7. Perhaps she meant $102 apiece. Still, that would have been a cost of $306, not $379. So, you could improve by providing a written estimate, either via email or text, instead of a verbal estimate.

Process did not take very long.

Super clean rugs! Better than anyone else's cleaning process. An old wine stain stayed but is now brown, not red.
I usually have Zerorez come in the summer when area rugs can dry quickly. This year, however, I had my rugs cleaned during cold weather and one of my area rugs was too heavy/damp to carry. The cleaner offered to return to carry my rug in but I declined, thinking I could lift it again. Wrong! The leftover dampness really caused extra weight and I couldn't lift it. That evening on a holiday weekend, the owner came by and carried it inside to place on a tarp in my living room. I kept it on a tarp because of my wooden floors. Two days later my rug was dry enough to place on my TV room floor. Despite this inconvenience, I would still use Zerorez again but not in winter. I wish they picked up rugs and cleaned them without a much larger price. I am a candidate for winter service if they could pick up and deliver without my paying substantially more!
Our tech was WONDERFUL!!! He was: efficient, gracious, informative and VERY hardworking! I believe his name is Daniel? He was punctual and respectful!! I could not be more pleased!

Hired you after hearing the ad about a free ticket to the Christmas light show. Called after not getting it. Was told they would send it.but never asked about mailing address. I had family in town and I planned on taking them there. Well never got the ticket and they are gone. I spent over 400$ with your company and was promised to receive this gift, so disappointing
Thoroughly removes grout stains.
Though around the ends of the carpet were still left with minimal darkness in it but since it was wet you couldn’t tell . Otherwise the service was great would definitely reuse their services again !

While I’m not knowledgeable of any other company’s pricing, I would say value is why I scored 8/10. I thought more scrubbing would be involved, not just a pressure wash & suction more or less. I’ll seek other quotes and compare next time.
With regard to my technician personally and professionally, Ricky is a 10/10. We had a great conversation and he worked straight through afterward. He moved some furniture around the tile which was nice. Lastly, his promptness and communication would be scored 10/10.
Area rugs, furniture, staircase carpeting and wood floors are really clean and ready for the holidays. Technicians were friendly and thorough. No pressure to add extra services like I have experienced from other popular steamer services. I have added them to my contact list for future cleaning.
