I called Zerorez today, after having my carpets cleaned yesterday. The guy did not go up to baseboards in many places. I could see this quite clearly as in some places there remained cat fur and cat litter.
I had opened sliding door bedroom closets to make it easier to reach the carpet without cleaning my closets. Closet cleaning was not what I ordered, but he did not reach to clean up-to my closets.
I decided not to have it “re-done” due to the hassle of dragging equipment/water, into my house.

Zane Case did a great job cleaning our bedroom and closet carpet plus our sofa and large chair. Cleaning product(s) are less or non toxin, which we like and dry fairly fast. We are happy customers.

The process used
The technician was friendly and arrived on time. There were several dark staines that i was hoping would be removed and they were not. I truly believe that the tech tired to get these out but told us that it was just wear and tear of the carpet and it wouldn't come up. There is also a white residue on several spots in the office. It looks uneven and almost worse than it did before it was done.
The service men were quiet and quick. Just came in and got the job done.
When I scheduled the appointment I asked if an area rug that is 8x10 could be included and they said sure and the tech would give me an estimate when he got here. Ok no problem you have cleaned this rug before. When the tech got here he said he would have to take it to your shop and it would be close to $400 to clean. FYI this rug has no stains just needed cleaning since it hasn't been cleaned since last time you were out. Last time this was not the case and the tech cleaned it in our driveway. Our inside carpets look great and very satisfied besides that. Really needed that area rug cleaned. :(
