Steven the rep who can to clean my area rug was SUPER knowledgeable and I'm so happy he is the one who came to the house because after explaining to me the rug material content and what the stain was the rug needed to be taken into the shop to be cleaned both front & back. Give Steven a raise he is amazing!!!~
The Technician identified the blood and dirt in the rooms and thoroughly wiped out the spots.He knew how to clean my white old age carpet professionally. I am very pleased with his service.

The gentleman that came to the house sprayed down some chemical but he didn’t get all the stains sprayed so when he shampooed he really didn’t take a lot of time and the stains are back the same day he left. So I called you guys and you will be coming back out on Tuesday to redo that one carpet

I contacted your company because of a coupon for thirty five dollars a room and a free hallway for which I was quoted a 216.00 dollar price and when the service person came he is trying to quote me up grades for a price of 660.00 dollars to treat a few animal stains and using scotch guard in some areas which I refused he finally came down to 450.00 dollars which I agreed to but was certainly not happy about. I only agreed because me and my wife prepared all areas and wanted to get it done. I felt even if my great room was a little large combined with the dinning room, which he said, I do not feel I should have been charged any more than 300.00 dollars. Name removed Phone number removed

Missed a pet pee stain in middle of living room carpet. I didn't know it was there because it was under a table. I didn't see it when I inspected the supposed clean but wet carpet because carpet turns darker when wet. Once it started to dry I noticed a urine smell but couldn't figure out from where. Once it was dry and I moved the table I found a "yellow" patch that looked like it had been spread around, however, still there.
Have used your service for years. This is the first time a technician hasn't handled something. Otherwise he did a great job on everything else.
