Wonderful service! The technicians were punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets, and I would recommend them to a friend.

Our appt was for 3 rooms and stairs with pet treatment in all areas. For one guy to be able to apply the pet treatment and clean 3 rooms and 17 steps in 30 minutes, he has to move very quick. This is to quick to actually clean the carpet. Your commercials show someone going slow and passing the vacuum over the carpet at a reasonable speed to clean the carpet. What this guy did can be compared to a small airplane speed in the commercial vs a fighter jet at full throttle. It has been one week since our carpet was shampooed. Our carpet does not look any different than before it was cleaned. The carpet was wet for a few hours and the house smelled like orange for a day but I think I could have achieved the same effect by spraying the carpet with a spray bottle and peeling an orange. I don't want to blame the guy who did the work. He was sent out by himself and is probably given more job assignments than he should have in a given day so he has to rush. It just doesn't seem fair to charge $330+ for what we actually got. Slow down a little and actually do the job that is being paid for.

The technician was very responsive and helpful.

I upgraded my service and was told it would come out great. Some areas were better than others, spots on the floor weren’t touched. The tech moved some furniture with my brother but didn’t have any blocks for the furniture to set on, so he went around the furniture instead of under it. If I would have known, I would have got my own styrofoam blocks to set the furniture on so that the whole carpet was cleaned.
