Too expensive for the service received. I had the same service from a different company that did a better job at cleaning the tile and did not charge for deodorizer. I contacted your company based on seeing “a special” advertised on television. The special was NOT as advertised; however, the technician Major was very professional.
First and last time I’ll use this company.
The carpet is streaky you can see lines that the carpet cleaner passed through.

Well after I allowed the carpets to dry I took my own black light and still see the areas I was shown where my pets had accidents.
I may have understood that the extra $35 per room to treat that would not take the marks out.

My previous Zerorez used styrofoam blocks to place under smaller pieces of furniture which made it much easier after cleaning. We had too move all pieces of furniture out of rooms.
The cleaner arrived on time and worked carefully and quickly. The cost was what we expected. One area was not cleaned well enough, so they will be back to rework that area with no extra charge.

ZEROREZ is the only carpet cleaning company we will ever use. Our carpet cleaner, Steve, was so thorough and left our carpets like they were new, and our carpets are 24 years old and white!! Steve was so friendly and had such a great sense of humor. The price of cleaning our four bedrooms, family room, bathroom, and hallway was such a deal and the job that he did was so completely wonderful, which had not been cleaned for two years, that we can't stop admiring how beautiful our old white carpets look!! Thank you Steve and thank you ZEROREZ for your wonderful service!!

ZeroRez is always on time or early. The rugs will dry overnight and do not take days to dry and the job that is done is always very good.
