Very happy with my service. Rep was very responsive and respectful of my home. Carpet looks wonderful, and feels so good under my feet!
I liked TJ. Nice professional. I did not have a positive experience with ZeroRez in Colorado. I thought I'd give it another try out here in Las Vegas. I'm glad I did!
Technician Will was fantastic and completely knowledgeable about floor care. I went from having my carpets cleaned to having all my tile and grout scrubbed at the same time. Loved the final results!! Also love no residue of any sort - the only company to use!

Good customer service. And the house was cleaned in under a hour!
My initial problem was Pet urin.. Priar cleaning by zerorez a few months ago was $250.00 for the same service I had this time for $455.00.
Same results but double the price! (What a bargain.)
Also tech suggested the deep cleaning service which I was considering until he said the price started at around $600.00.
I said no...$250.00 is good.
Very dissatisfied and extremely disappointed. ☹️

Arrived on time, excellent job on rugs, gave advice on cleaning small spots, best rug cleaning ever. Professional and courteous. Provided estimates on tile and other cleaning services. Will request these employees next time I need cleaning services.

JT was amazing. Floor was clean and dry in no time.
I thought my carpet problems might be too difficult to resolve but Zerorez were more than up to the task. I had to get my very old cat put to sleep because she had become too weak to fet into her kitty litter and was peeing all over the carpets.
Zerorez were able to remove the resulting stains and also too care of the odors.
They did such a good job I invested in a $50 roll of protection fils so I hopefully wont have to repeat the process when we end our lease.
But If I do need another carpet clean I will uses Zerorez without hesitation.

You provide great customer service, not only on the phone, but also your field staff, especially those that conduct the cleaning.

The guys were very honest about there ability to complete the job and I appreciated this. They also took the extra time to make sure my dinning chairs was cleaned.
Everything
