I was a little hesitant to use Zerorez because I’ve been using the same company for years. However, my daughter in law really likes the work they do so I called. My carpet and rug look great! Favabian our technician did a fabulous job. He is a very positive person happy and took pride in his job and talked well abt the company. I will use them again. 👍🏼👍🏼

Great job, explained the process and how long grout sealer should last. Recommended product to use to extend the life of grout sealer. Fair price for amount of work performed. I also use Zeroez for my carpets and does a great job. We do not use other companies only Zeroez.

Michael and Derek were great! Friendly and professional. Did a great job on my giant couch despite the copious amount of dog hair, looks brand new and smells brand new. I don't do well with strong fragrance and I love how the smell dissipated quickly and dried in only a couple hours
The service man ''Angel" that was sent to clean our carpets was fast and efficient. He explained everything fully and our carpets came out great.
Prompt (early in fact), professional, listened to my concerns, tactful, mindful of the cat, understanding, exemplary, explained his plan of action, after he finished - he went over what he did. Astounding. Highly recommend.

You guys always do a great job. Our carpets come out clean and not all tacky. The service guys are always friendly and informative.

After 18 hours my carpets were still not dry. We finally had to leave our home to wait for them to dry. Your technician charged us more than the original price that we agreed on.
