sometimes, our carpets dont get cleaned all the way and the pet urine stains and smells come back up (we have a 2 year old puppy with a small bladder, so many stains) but most of the times the cleaners can bring the carpets very closely back to "new" condition.
The technician wasn't 100% on how to price the rugs/discounts. He also didn't know how to remove the minimum payment of $90. So I paid $200+ for my rugs, PLUS $90. I was told I would receive a refund, but its been over a month and nothing. So I've always had a good experience but they sent a new person into the field who was not properly trained and now I'm out $90,so not sure I'll be using again.

I liked everything about this service! From the minute I found your business on “Google” and discovered your A LOCAL office as well as the REASONABLE PRICE, I had to, at least, give it a shot. RICKY arrived 10 minutes early. My carpet is 15 years old. I’ve had other services about every 6 months. They were okay. But until I had this service I didn’t realize that this service surpasses all the others! So, THANK YOU, RICKY;WELL DONE! I was amazed how much NEWER IT LOOKED! ALSO, LET’S NOT FORGET THE OFFICE STAFF… KIANA, who I spoke to twice and an Associate, I believe was named SANDY were EXCEPTIONAL! So…THANK YOU ALL
