Carpets this time let very wet with some spots not coming out. Also on the phone told 198.00 and charged a different price

This is the second time I’ve used ZeroRez and I have been very happy. My carpet is 23 yo and we’ve been going to replace them. After ZeroRez comes I decide against it. Haha Also, Will is who did the cleaning and he was so kind and did such a great job. I’ll be requesting him again.

I like the staff: friendly, prompt engaging. I did make a request before my last service (upholstery cleaning) that was ignored - not sure why. There was a box on the appointment booking screen that asked for any special requests or information that would help the service provider.

The tile and grout cleaning was thorough and transformative! Michael arrived promptly at the beginning of the service window and proceeded to check the condition of the tile and grout in the area to be cleaned. He then promptly got to the business of making my tile and grout look brand new. I have used the services of Zerorez on numerous occasions throughout the years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them for the various services they provide...and as a retired licensed contractor, I appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, and the fair and reasonable prices for the services.
