I am very happy with the carpet cleaning method by Zerorez! The carpets look clean without the soapy smell or residue (as promised). The technicians are always friendly and willing to answer questions or provide carpet care tips.

Outstanding service. Zane was my technician and did an outstanding job. I was really pleased with his service and his professionalism. They did say that the carpet only be wet for about four hours; however, it was still damp after about 10hrs.
This was my first experience with Zerorez who was highly recommended to me from my neighbor. I found Zerorez very easy to work with. From job scheduling to reminders of my appointment day/time to the actual day of service call from the technician.
I was scheduled for a time window of 2:00pm to 5:00pm. I received a call from a technician at 10:00am who was in my area and asked if he could come in 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I was in a meeting and not available until the afternoon. I received a call from technician Daniel at 1:30pm. He was 15 minutes away and asked if he could come early. That worked perfectly for me and he arrived 15 minutes later!
Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable about different rug types. In addition to 4 rooms of carpet, I had 3 oriental rugs to be cleaned. Daniel felt it would be best to take my larger 9x12 oriental rug to the Zerorez shop for cleaning instead of cleaning onsite. I agreed and he assured me the rug would be delivered back to my home in two weeks.
My carpets and remaining rugs were cleaned to my satisfaction. Daniel did a great job on my carpets. I will definitely use Zerorez again and will request Daniel!

Professional crew professional work.
I usually do not write negative reviews, but I really am not happy. I thought everything went well as the person who was cleaning the carpets seemed to know what he was doing. Unfortunately, when it came time to pay the bill he added on some additional carpet treatments that were not discussed with me prior to doing so. He also said he was giving me a better deal, but I still ended up having to pay more than what was discussed. Also, the carpet was wet, not damp, WET for about 24 hours after service was completed. And there were spots you could could tell he “treated” but did not dry well and looked worse than before.
Will did an excellent job cleaning very dog stained rug! He took his time and really gave it attention. Great employee!!

I paid for the rooms to be cleaned closets should have been included. I was told by the technician it was not on the invoice. I am a repeat customer and was pretty disappointed this time.

My mother and I were really pleased with the service and the equipment used to clean all the A/V vents and ducts. Also, the service to spray deodorant which other companies do not offer. Both technicians were very courteous and attentive to provide all the information we needed during the service.

I cannot say enough positive things about this young man and the service I received. I plan on having my carpet cleaned again in six months and would appreciate Mr. Jackson doing the work again. Tech arrived right on time. Made my tile look like new and my stairs and carpets cleaned and in no time at all. The carpets were lemon fresh and some dirt was really ground in, gone. Yes, I would use them again.
