Technician was courteous, did not try to up-sale the products but did take measurements for possible tile cleaning at a future date. We have used Zerorez back in MN years ago also so are returning customers and would recommend. We did one bedroom, closet, walkway, and stairway, feel the price was reasonable.

No soap resuidue, carpets always come clean and smell so good. Personel are always polite and professional, prices are fair and service is great.
It was very easy to schedule service. Communication along teh way was great. The tech was able to get to our home earlier than scheduled and did my entire home is less than 1 hour even with dealing with multiple floors
