Carpets weren’t as clean as they should have been. The employee said it was because our carpets were old. We asked him what the solution was that he was using and couldn’t tell us. After the carpet dried there were visible lines in the carpet. I thought they would come out by vacuuming but they didn’t. Just wasn’t happy with the finish.

We initially had a three-hour window for arrival, but Joe had a cancellation and called to inquire about arriving early. Reclaiming time in your day is always a welcome surprise! Our light-colored carpets hadn't been cleaned since we moved in eight months prior, so they were overdue for some attention. We also wanted to check out grout cleaning in our kitchen, where we have light grout that has developed dark and discolored spots.
Joe not only performed the cleaning but also recommended a protectant for both the carpets and grout. He provided valuable advice on how to maintain their cleanliness going forward. The results are truly amazing! When the need arises, we'll definitely be reaching out to them again!

Excellent product, excellent service. Techs really care about the customer and the carpet. I learned how to spot clean spills and pet accidents without leaving damaging over-the-counter chemical residue. I really like Zerorez and wouldn't use any other service.

Kid did a great job, but this is Vegas - there are large homes, two stories, lots of corners and angles for the technician to drag a big heavy thick ribbed hose around. Thus, lots of corners to damage. And I had severe damage in a few corners that required repair and repaint. Not cool. The tech did utilize all of the yellow corner guards he had, but he only had 5. That is not nearly enough for larger 2 story homes. You need to give your technicians all the tools they need to succeed, and to keep homeowners happy. Otherwise, he did a great job with the carpet cleaning and whatnot. Would use you again.

The white Berber carpet came out amazing, and it was extremely dirty and stained. The best part was Wilbur Guevara was exceptionally professional and personal. He knew his products and services it was able to clearly explain their value in a relatable way. Scheduling was easy. Execution was flawless. Results exceed expectations.
Tech Joey was great. Gave suggestions about products to use and not to use and why. Great job on the carpet. It looks like a new rug.
