very professional and thorough

Michael and Xavier were very customer friendly. They called 30 minutes before coming, and arrived on time. They did a pre-inspection and adjusted my invoice to include the hallway. During the clean, they noticed areas with stains, and went above and beyond to try to remove them. They were successful with some, while others where stubborn. They gave my an report regarding both afterwards, so there were no surprises.
Not only did they both do a good job, but were also very friendly. Would definitely use them again!

I love that you do not use harmful chemicals that will immediately start tracking dirt on clean carpet. Your technicians, in this case, Derek, are always very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Thank you!
I feel like it was a bait and switch. I was quoted one price and when the employee arrived, I was told the whole house needed additional treatment. I agree there were some high traffic areas the hallway, and one bedroom. I feel that you should be upfront when quoting an estimate on the phone. My son used your service before and he was completely satisfied and referred your company. I had a tenant moving in and unfortunately, was unable to get another estimate, however when checking online. I found were several companies that clean the whole house for $199.00 so I thought you were competitive.
The carpets look good however, I still think you were deceptive in your pricing. In the future, you should be more upfront with your customers.

I have my carpet's cleaned at least once a year and over the past few years I’ve used zero Rex las Vegas to do that. I am always impressed at the difference between the before, and after results of the cleaning process I definitely would recommend zero Rez to my friends and family .
My technician did a great job. He explained the process as he worked. I was very pleased.

Amazing service
Our tech was AWESOME!! He was very knowledgeable and his customer service was excellent. Our carpet in front of our loveseat was very heavily soiled as was the area that our dog sleeps. It now looks 1000% better, yet, still a bit darker than the rest of the carpet. I will use Zerorez again!!
We had a horrible mess caused by a miserable dog belonging to my wife. They came in and cleaned everything so that it looks like brand new. Wish I could get rid of the dog but I sure like having zero res around!!
Our tech was very courteous & professional. He finished everything very quickly & did a great job. He moved dom things around for me & didn't complain at all.

I have had to "break up" the areas in my home to be serviced since so much had to be cleaned - carpet, tile and upholstery. "Phases 1 & 2" have been completed. The first team was great, as was the second team. My daughter (and her toddler) had a flat tire on the freeway, and I had to leave to go pick them up. It is nice to feel comfortable enough to leave and handle an emergency, knowing that the work was going to be completed satisfactorily.
Can't wait to get "Phase 3 done."

Effective services, have used for years
Thank you for coming over to fix the mistake but that added another few hours to this that we didn't need. We liked both technicians but to ignore a chair in the middle of master bedroom is insane. Simple question would have been the easiest thing to do and shouldn't be too much to ask.

My air vents have been destroyed and home left a mess after I had the air duct cleaning service performed on them and I worry that there was damage to them from the technicians who worked on them. I am currently speaking with a manager about it, but I am extremely saddened by the issues that have presented themselves and I worry about the health of my daughter after all is said and done.

Major did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my rugs and sofa!
He arrived early, treated my carpets, worked efficiently and professionally to clean my carpets and sofa. The carpets never looked better. The sofa looked brand new when he was finished!
