The oil stain that was left in my driveway by the truck "zero" left a stain and it's still there after you did what you could to clean it but it's still there not pleased with that. My driveway is newly concreted two years, the stain won't come out. There is nothing you can do to rectify that.

Your service man Daniel was very professional and did an amazing job on my carpet and within a reasonable time. He also gave us knowledge on how to take care of our carpet that we did not know.
Technician Tracy was not friendly seemed annoyed that he was even there. did not give me 30 notice like I was told have me 5 minutes.
Daniel was our technician and we were extremely pleased with all of his work. He went over all of the available services that Zerorez offers and from there we decided exactly what we wanted done. He quoted us a price we were OK with and he got right to work. He worked efficiently and methodically and we were very happy with the results. Even though it was a Friday afternoon, it did not appear that he was trying to rush through things just to try to get done a little earlier so he could start his weekend. We will certainly be requesting him as our tech in all of our future needs.
The service was awesome. Jordan was professional and answered all my questions. He did such a great job on my carpets. The house has smelled wonderful since they were done 4 days ago. I am very pleased with the job. Well done!
Paid for the pet bio add on and my carpet trouble spots and in general smell like pet still. If all you did was add a “generic pet enzyme” it didn’t do its job well.
The service provider was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to provide the closest thing to perfection, not just for the carpets but for upholstery too.

Everything looked and smelled clean. Stains that i didnt think was going to come up actually did. The service was fast and done well. This is my 3rd time using zerorez. Wont be using any one else.
Richie did an amazing job just like it was his own home. He’s great with dogs, very knowledgeable and does his work with a smile on his face! I have photos if you are interested. The tech was unorganized. Hose unattended up against my walls. Said he was not supplied with enough corner guards. Dog hair chunk on floor and I do not have a dog. Tech was inconsistent wearing booties and walked outside to van and then back in house with them on. Also neglected to put them back on at one point. The carpet is okay for the $150, but customer service was lacking and very disappointing. You will be happy he tried to up sell me but would answer questions about what chemicals were in your products. Definitely would not recommend your services to anyone.
I liked how professional the service man was and how Zerorez cleaned my carpet. I would highly recommend this product and service.

Will and Derek are fantastic super great communicators, very hard workers and did very excellent detail oriented work. They went way overboard to do great work for my 89 yr Dad. We are so grateful. They made lots of my Dad’s 26yr old carpet and tiles and grout look almost new.
