The technician, Ricky, shin d an infra flashlight on our carpet and showed me cat urine all over. We onc had 2 feral cats and I’m sure it was them. He then recommended he add a certain product to the normal solution used for cleaning carpet. He was amazing. Our carpets looked and smelled great.

Even after I tried to get urine stains out of the rug on my own, which did not work, Zerorez was able to remove them. Rug looks great. Derek the service tech did a wonderful job. Very satisfied with the results.

I have no idea I haven't got my carpets back

Well, upon consultation with the ZeroRez representatives, I decided to deep clean a couple of areas of my living room carpet. When one of the guys brought in the machine needed to do the deep cleaning and started it, the machine dumped a huge black, wet mess on my light carpet. He calmly said, "oh, somebody didn't clean the machine last time." He took the machine out and presumably cleaned it. All the while he was gone, the mess was saturating my carpet. Now that the carpet has been drying a day, we are looking at that area and are really wondering if the shadow we see there isn't from the black mess that was dumped there. Additionally, there are spots here and there that were there before and that I thought would be removed with the cleaning so I'm a little disappointed. All in all the carpet does look somewhat better in most places than it did before. I had to try cleaning it but would make recommendations re ZeroRez with reservations.
