With all the hype I’ve heard, I just thought the stains might get lifted a little better. Still looked go though and an 8 is nothing to sneeze at. I didn’t get my glittering lights passes either.

We had the stairs done and the process took 10 minutes! Of course it looks better, but still not stain free.
Some stains remained on the carpeting without explanation of why. Everything took much longer to dry than was told.

Personable and professional. I requested 3 different jobs. The vent cleaning. Tiles and grout cleaning, and area rugs some carpet shampooing. Zac arrived early in the request time frame with an assistant. The different jobs were assessed and agreed on. The team got 🚌 busy, Moving in the equipment and setting up. Started High with Cleaning the vents. Next the tile and grout . Then the carpet and area rugs. Awesome team work. They moved smoothly from one job to the next. 2500 sqft single story home. Everything completed in about 4 1/2 hours.They Worked together like a well oiled machine. From my advantage point they did a Great job. Thank you Zac 😊 This was my second positive experience working with Zerorez.

My carpet looks great clean and fresh. I wonder if I could have someone come back out after Christmas as a large coffee spill came back up after the carpet dried, also a few spots in my daughters bedroom. Please let me know when convenient.
