Jorda did an excellent job cleaning my coaches!
This is my second time using zerorez and I couldn’t be happier. My carpets come out looking BRAND NEW every time which is no small feat with three dogs. Both of my technicians have been extremely knowledgeable and professional and the office staff is prompt when scheduling and confirming appointments. 5/5 stars

Had an issue with a service provider. He created a scheduling a challenge and did not arrive as anticipated. I rework my day to be available. Getting a replacement person to complete a tile cleaning. Responsiveness is generally good. Will update the review once project is complete.
"Jordan" was the tech that cleaned our carpets and tile. He did an amazing job. We have always been pleased with Zerorez, but this last time was the best. Jordan also provided some suggestions on how to keep our flooring in good shape.
Lee O did a great job on our 30 year carpets.
Service was good. Tech was on time and was done with an hour. Our last room does have a smell of dog urine and not sure if it was all sucked up or if there is an additional cost. We couldn’t smell it until it was fully dry not during or after it was clean. But all is good.
I overpaid ($810.00) after i received $200.00 off my initial quote for some tech to come in and wet vacuum my carpets and mop my floors. ONE TECH was in and out of a 2800 sq ft home under two hours…lol ridiculous

We've been using Zerorez for about 5 years, we are a former Chem Dry customer. Zerorez gets our carpets cleaner, they seem to stay cleaner longer as well. The technicians have always been professional. they do try to upsale you other carpet cleaning or tile cleaning services, when they do this they're good at discounting the cost of the service or throwing something in at no cost.

I thought that with cleaning the carpets the perfume smell would leave. And the technician even saw where the spill was.
But it still smells,
It was generally ok. But I was mainly getting the carpet cleaned to have the perfume removed because I am very allergic to perfume.

The Products are clean and no harmful chemicals for the pets or kids. Most of all the service was excellent Will and Ethan showed up. They were professional. They educated me a whole lot on maintenance of my newly installed Floors. They both took the extra time to make sure I knew exactly what was happening and they were fast and efficient
