The process to book was very easy even with a rescheduling I needed. They were very accommodating. I was reminded of my appointment and given an ETA prior to their arrival which was within the window I was given. Jordan was extremely nice and patient with all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and made the in-home process very smooth. Excellent service!

Our carpets actually smell worse than before the cleaning. We had a couple spots we targeted with the pet treatment and added the citrus scent but the dog pee smell is worse now. We wanted to give it a weekend to make sure the carpet pad was fully dried out but it still smells worse than before the cleaning still. The guy that came to our house and did the job seemed great and he assured us that what we were doing would get rid of the dog pee smell. I told him there were areas I could still smell it when he had me check at the end but he just told me he couldn’t smell anything and I’d. Could it was likely because it was just because the padding was still wet.
Not sure what to do here but we feel like we just wasted hundreds of dollars.

I watched your associates of which were very professional and respectful. It was my impression that the application of solution used on the carpet was heavily applied and lightly vacuumed with the back stroke, leaving the carpet wet, I doubt I would use your service again. In regards to the pet spots of which were professionally pointed out @ an extra $30 per room was a gamic for extra money. I could accomplish a superficial spot application with warm vinegar water. It's now the third day after your service, I find the carpets feel crusty, I'm thinking that's a
result of the solution residue left from the application of your solution. The citrus smell during the application of solution was impressive, I wonder if that is the residue causing the crusty feel of the carpet. In summary, I don't see any evidence that there was any cleaning, only a solution application of which left the carpet crusty. Not totally dissatisfied, just not at all impressed.
I paid $350. I would value my service at $150. for wet crusty carpets...

Fav was very nice, and was careful with our home and furniture. I don’t want to give him a negative review. I had pointed out the areas where my dog had urinated, but I can still see some of the spots. When I smell these spots, they still smell like urine. Also, I thought I had pointed out a rug in the master bathroom to clean, but I think he forgot to do it.
If it’s possible, it would be nice if you could have Fav spot clean the urine spots and clean the one rug in the bathroom. If I hadn’t pointed out the rug in the bathroom, I’d like to pay for it. Thank you.
We did just our downstairs. It equated to 3 “rooms”. They technician talked me into the “pet treatment” because we’ve had accidents from our dog and he said it would smell without it. He “charged me for one treatment but will do it for the whole area”. Unfortunately, the urine smell is intense, we never had this smell before. The pet treatment was either not applied to the whole area or if was ineffective as our house now smells awful like urine. It would be one thing If I declined the treatment, but I didn’t and our experience is not satisfactory. I would not recommend anyone to use your service given the results. We've used your service on multiple occasions and each time we've been completly satisfied with the service.
Everyone has always been professional and friendly, the carpets look great. They are in and out and very helpful, making sure everything that was wanting to be cleaned actually was. This time they assisted us in moving light furniture back to the original spots after we had moved things to be cleaned underneath and behind everything. There is no chemical smell or residue, it has been safe for the people and cats of our household.
