Tech explained process every step of the way. Asked which concerns I wanted addressed. Was quick and efficient. This was my third time using Zerorez service and will continue.
I’ve used you several times and been very satisfied in the past. This time I was gas lit and called difficult because the sales person tried to pull a fast one and up charge me for a room I specifically showed him was part of the 3 room special I’ve alway done. After talking to several woman about this upsetting incident in my home while I was alone they had the same experience with different companies. Bait and switch and intimidation. Hope you all can make a change to the industry/commission business model. For now I’ll shop around and only schedule when my husband can be home to deal with this behavior.
I had a great experience last year. The tech was very professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. The last tech (from yesterday), was chit chatting on his ear piece/AirPod the whole time, didn’t ask if he should wear booties downstairs, went really fast, and did not use the wall bumpers like the last tech. Being on a personal call while doing a job feels unprofessional. He also missed a spot on my stairs.
I feel like the tech from last year did a better job as well.
Is good service but the point is about the guarantee because when lm call the operator tell me this guarantee is for 30 days in any service and when the technician is here he say the guarantee is only if lm including some especially quimical or something like that,then l think the operator need more specific.
the tech Joe was great in both his work ethic and explanations of things. My tile was restored to original luster.
They did a thorough job. The carpet looked great! The carpet had a clean fresh smell ,and it felt good to the foot!

THE Technician cleaned in front of two doors were we had put mats down with double sided tape when he was finished he said the quote needed to be adjusted to 90.00. Jordan the salesman said the total was 310.00 due. We should have gone with another company what a rip off for two small areas

They were very pleasant, friendly, and answered all of my questions thoroughly and willingly. I was very pleased with their work ethic and efficiency. I would definitely refer them to others looking for referrals. I am confident other customers would be as pleased as I am.
You advise that you will make the carpets look almost new. It fell very short of that. I tipped my service man very well thinking he’d put extra effort. Didn’t happen. Did the minimal and left with barely a thank you.

They are just a great company. Make the call, make the appointment, they come out, survey the job you want done and they get to it. My “go to” cleaning company. Carpets, stairs, hard wood floors, furniture they do it all.
Our technician Will was amazing! He explained everything and once we agreed on the service he went straight to work. His performance was top notch and he got our carpets to look new again. I appreciate someone who loves their job and it shows with Will. He was very kind and polite and he was always checking with us to see if we were happy with the results. I am beyond thrilled with the service. I've used a few other carpet cleaning companies in the past, but my carpet has never looked this good. It dried quickly. The Zerorez Technician Daniel was AWESOME!!! He was quick and thorough. I will definitely request him for my next cleaning. I'm a very satisfied customer.

My carpet and tile look great! Major was thorough and explained everything that would be done prior to starting. There were no hidden costs and I knew exactly what the charges would be and the total. The tile dried completely in 30-45 minutes with the grout looking almost new and my carpet in 4-5 hours. Everything smelled fresh! I had every floor in my house done and am 100% satisfied.
