My carpet has never been cleaner. I love that there are no chemicals and that the process actual has enough suction to extract the liquid and dirt out of the carpet.

Very nice work. Beautiful outcome of 30year old white carpet.
We now have one large stain that is reddish in the family room. One large outline of a stain in the master bedroom. These stains were pretreated. I just didn’t expect this.

Tech arrived on time,informed me of the process. What I didn't like is he asked me too many questions such as, Are you moving in or moving out? Did you buy or are you renting?
With the risk of squatters, I was uncomfortable as I realized carpet cleaners would be among the first to know if a property will be vacant.

I have used Zerorez for many years. I have always had good service. This time the carpet didn't seem as clean or the one place our dog has gone on, still smells. The tech was very nice and I have no problem with him or the great prompt service...just a little disappointed in the results this time.
