I was very pleased with Zerorez, from my first inquiry call until the service was over.
The reminder emails were plentiful & helpful. My tech, Brian, gave a thorough explanation of how the costs were estimated. He answered all of my questions with great explanation & explained the machines & use of products. He was very kind and efficient. He ensured I was satisfied with his work & this was impressive!
Side note: At the end of my service, one of my pets went missing & we thought He might have escaped outside, through the cracked door. I was in a panic since He had never been outside. Brian was extremely empathetic & helpful. He helped me look around the perimeter of the home & that helped me worry less by doing so.
(The cat, after being scared by the machine, got himself stuck into a hole at the top of the kitchen cabinets, was found, & was later released by my helpful neighbor!) 🙃

Angel was working solo and he had a tough job on a very hot day. But he performed like the pro he is and did so without complaining. My place looks great. Especially the shower
Tech did a good job on my old carpet. Knowledgeable and friendly.
Very much like the short drying time. Staff is always friendly starting from office when scheduling to staff that comes to house. Also like the ability to have rugs cleaned off site when applies to different rugs being cleaned more thoroughly when needed.
Very thorough and quick
The first time zerorez came out the carpet ended up looking the same. The second time they came out, we had to schedule it with our landlord since we had moved out of the house. Not sure if there was any difference but the landlord is taking it out of the deposit to get the carpets done again. Should have just not paid to get the carpets done if the landlord was going to the take the deposit anyways.
They showed up on time were courteous and did a nice job cleaning my carpets.

Technician Major called in advance of his appointment. We were ready when he showed up. He looked around gave us the estimate and went to work right away. Very friendly and professional.
