I am a repeat customer. The service gentleman showed up on time, was very polite, and did a nice and thorough job on our carpet. I like that it’s cleaning without harsh chemicals and am a pleased customer.

I was so impressed with the knowledge and the expertise of the techs that came out. Everything was explained in great detail, so that I could fully understand the different procedures. Besides The professionalism and how they handled putting the booties over their shoes as they came into my home and making sure I was comfortable while they did their job. I just have to say I’ve never had such great service from carpet cleaners and I watched them thoroughly get my carpets beautifully clean. I would recommend them to anybody who wants a thorough job with professional people who understand and have the knowledge to explain everything in detail so that you’re not asking any questions. You have no doubts that everything is done properly. Many thanks Will!!
Your tech was at my house for about an hour. It might have been 90 minutes. He cleaned two rooms and three area rugs for $420. That pricing seems ridiculous when you consider you advertise 3 rooms for $105. In case you do not see the question you ask in the survey, it wants to know what can be done to make it right. I am not sure what you can do.

We had air duct cleaning done within our home and Joe and Travis were the technicians. These guys were fantastic! They were on-time, explained everything step-by-step and in detail, and also fixed a duct problem that was previously unknown to us. In short, great company, service, and technicians. We will definitely use ZeroRes again!

This company sends out promo coupons, but we are always hustled to pay more...every time...just kinda tired of it is all.
Lack of communication.
I called up zerorez yesterday June 17 and I said that I have a doctor's appointment. They said that the worker will be at my house between 2 thru 5 pm.
I said my son will be at home. I asked the
Office person how I can pay them. He said that he will send me a link and I can pay to that link.
When the worker came to my house, he told my son that he will not finish the work because he wants the payment right away. I told him on the phone that the office person said that he will send me the link.
Employees always seem diligent. Willing to work on fees.
