I have no suggestions to improve your service because it was top notch and the technician was excellent. The reason for my 7 rating is I think $35.00 per room for protection spray was really exorbitant. I paid the extra for three rooms (1000 square feet total)solely on you technician’s assurance that it would definitely benefit the carpet. One of my son’s has a family room that is 1080 square feet. Would that room only cost $35.00? I will call you this time next year ( hopefully) for service because I believe you are the best. Name removed.

The two gentlemen that came were professional, courteous, and respectful. They provided information on how I can spot clean certain pet areas. The carpet looked fabulous and smelled wonderful when they were done.
I find them to be very professional when making the appointment and they always call 30 minutes prior to arrival. We have been using zerorez for the past 12 years to clean our carpets and also some furniture.
They cleaned, dried and made it smell nice quick and efficiently. And the guy that came to our home was really nice and personable.

Major was the one that cleaned our carpets - he did a wonderful job - he was pleasant and knowledgeable.
I've used your service several times before this visit. The fee for cleaning an area was always $30-$39 per area. When the technician arrived on May 2nd to clean the same carpets that I previously had cleaned he quoted a price approximately 3 times what I had previously paid. He stated the reason being is that the carpets were not wall to wall. He stated that the price for area rugs was different. I explained that no one ever told me that and how would I know since I have always paid per area. The carpets cleaned are much smaller than any wall to wall carpet and did not require any furniture to be moved. Your technician was here less than hour. I would never want to pay over three hundred dollars for less than an hours work to essentially vacuum a rug with water and solvent. Especially since I had not been charged that rate by your company before. Since the tech was here I had the carpet cleaned. As before I was satisfied with the work but not the price. I do nor have any pets or children. There are no stairs to climb and my carpets aren't excessively dirty. I have them cleaned regularly . Although I have been satisfied with the cleaning g process I am dissatisfied with how I was charged.
