Showed up on time and was very professional.

The carpet looked good for one day. Then stains that other carpet services have gotten out came back up and the extra extraction treatment I paid for didn't seem to do anything. A terrible smell came from one of the rooms after he was done that wasn't present before, but the most disturbing part was the the carpets looked terrible the next day. I spent 490.00 on the house to have tile and carpet done. The tech was nice and seemed very knowledgeable and worked well, I just think the product didn't work for the needs in my home. Some were pet stains, but not all. It just didn't seem to do anything .

They do an EXCELLENT job and are very thorough. The person that came out to my house was very personable and conscientious with spots. However, I was disappointed when I made the reservation that you have had such a substantial rate increase. It would be nice to have a Senior Discount or a loyalty discount for annual customers. After all your word of mouth is your best advertising.

I didn't notice a result much different from other carpet cleaners but, more importantly, I specifically asked about a demo of your duct cleaning when I made the appointment. I was told they would be sure to have the equipment on the truck, but when they arrived and were asked the said they couldn't do the demo because they didn't have the right equipment on the truck.
