The technician that showed up was courteous, professional and kind. Our carpets were only done one week ago and several spots have come back which was disappointing. Additionally commercials that we heard talked about making grout look like new but when he looked at our shower for an estimate - he informed that he could not do that job which was surprising. Understandably the tile in the shower is older but we really wanted to get it cleaned. Overall just very disappointed.
Service person was in uniform, clean and professional. Used booties to cover his shoes when entering my home. Explained the process from start to finish - arrived early and spent a good amount of time on my carpet cleaning. The carpet looks exceptionally clean and smells fresh. I have already recommended your company to several friends. Thank you!

How well the carpet gets cleaned!
It left my carpet smelling clean and fresh.
I requested carpet cleaning with pet deodorizer. The Service Technician, Ben, was outstanding. He listened to my concerns and provided options as well as history on the average "life" length of my particular kind of carpet. Although it has only been a couple of days, my carpets still look like they did just after they were cleaned. All previous carpet cleaning services started to show traffic areas again only after a couple of days post cleaning. Very pleased with the service thus far!

Excellent service. Thorough cleaning job on both tile and carpeting.
$40 pet stain treatment didn't do any better than Stanley Steemers regular cleaning and it did not deodorize the area at all - I can still smell the urine - Stanley Steemer at least deodorizes the carpet and the odor is gone! The general cleaning was fine. Might use again for regular cleaning if there was a good special.

Promptness. Knowing there is no residue left in my carpet; a pure & 'clean clean'.
There was a stain in the middle of the family room carpet that we sprayed with a carpet cleaning spray to clean. The rocking chair was very wet and we had to put some towels on it to dry it out.

I like the concept. I won't know for a few weeks if any stains come back. Also, my family room took two full days to dry. Not sure if the problem was the machine left to much water on the carpet or if my padding, that has a pet protector built in, created a barrier that caused the water to set on top. Either way it was an inconvenience.
