It didn't smell like chemicals!

Primarily, the gentleman (employee) who came out, David Johnson, was a pleasure to have in my house, an exemplary worker, courteous, considerate, efficient and respectful. The results were very good, David Johnson was excellent. You are indeed blessed to have such great employee.

I like how Robert explained what would happen with the grout in our home. I tried to clean it before and it got darker. He educated me enough to where I could trust it would return closer if not totally back to its original color. He was right and it was beautiful!
We were told that delivery of our rug would occur on Saturday 9/19 in the afternoon. We called the gate to let the company in; we moved the furniture out of the way and mopped the floor. We had dinner guests coming that evening. At 4:00 we called the company to find out when the delivery would happen; no one answered, so we left a message. Finally, as our guests arrived, we moved all the furniture back into place. On Monday morning, we were told that we were given that delivery date in error; in fact, our rug would not be returned until Thursday. Poor communication.
Job was done professionally, throughly and on time Brad explained what he was going to do then with lots of hard work got the carpet cleaner than ever before. We will definitely use Zerorez again.
The last application left the rooms much wetter than in any previous application. We have been using Zerorez for quite a few years and have never had this situation before.

David showed up on time and did a great job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable as he explained my problem areas and made a good effort in upgrading me to the stain guard to keep the problem from getting worse. Highly recommend.
