I REALLY like the fact that the entire house smelled like a clean citrus scent once he was finished and he got out a few stains that I didn't think would come out.
Also, we just got a puppy and he had a few accidents here and there so I wanted a good cleaning to prevent any unpleasant urine odor. The carpet looked flawless once they were finished. I will definitely be using this company again! Some carpet cleaning companies do a mediocre job, but this company is hands down the best I have used so far.

The carpet was cleaned promptly,efficiently and well. The lady who answered the phone and Spencer were polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. The chemicals did not harm my pets and it dried in the time I was given.

My technician, Robert, was very professional. He explained the options available to me and exactly what each option entailed. He cleaned up after himself as well.

The treatment left a residue on my carpets. The tech said that it was caused by previous treatments. We just bought the house so we don't know the history. You can provide a full refund to make things right.
