I like the service, but I would like the price to be more in line with other companies that offer the same service!

No residue. Except this time on the tiles

You need to do more than pressure wash areas with stains or soiled. I had to go around afterwards using a stiff brush and detergent solutions to clean the many spots left behind.
The soiled areas came clean, just needed a little more than pressure washing, The person performing the job was cordial and even pointed out there were areas that may not have come clean. For the price paid to clean grout, a little extra effort would satisfy more customers.

Carpets were WELL cleaned.

Cost is another story though. I am a property manager and was hoping to be able to use Zerorez for cleaning carpets between tenants. Your cost though would be too steep. :-(

The service techs are the best! It took several attempts, but our carpets are finally clean after an awful "dog" mess.

I thought the carpeting was almost WET when the cleaning was completed and the serviceman left. I didn't check it till he was already gone. It is almost completely dry now. I also thought he finished the job very quickly but then again, I had completely left him alone during the entire time.....it will take a few days for me to assess the results. Thank you. P.S. I didn't leave the carpet that saturated with my home carpet shampoorer. Maybe I misunderstood about zerorez.

I will not be recommending to anyone, because our tile floors looked worse than before the cleaning. Tons of greasy residue left behind. We have to clean it up ourselves. The job was messy and not very professional.

Not only the clean process with no residue, but more importantly your staff. David was most excellent, just as every employee we have encountered in the past 6 years that we have been using zerorez. Your company, is what other companies should thrive to be.

Not sure. Maybe tile cleaning needs a second "finishing cleaning" to wipe any dirt left on the floor. I just didn't expect to see so much dirt on my socks the next day after walking on my freshly cleaned floors.

You truly went the extra mile when it came to making sure my home looked spectacular for an upcoming party in my home. We had your service man come out to clean our carpets and kitchen floor. When I came home I noticed there was a slight film over the floor and I called your office. The President of the company actually came out himself. He cleaned the floor again for me. Heavens, he even was on his hands and knees to make sure it was perfectly cleaned and dry! I was so impressed and thanked him profusely for his time and attention. I will highly recommend ZEROREZ to all family and friends. Actually, I already have. :)
