You thoroughly get the job done. The stains in our carpet are gone, it looks new. Our kitchen tile was cleaned and looks amazing. Our technician, Robert, was friendly, efficient, not pushy but honest and did a great job.

Professional, friendly, and the cleaning is great.
Brad was very thorough and professional. My carpet was extremely dirty. He was able to get pastel marks, lipstick and chocolate stains and pet stains out of my carpet. I was impressed. I have used Stanley Steemer and Coit and they did not compare. This my third cleaning with Zerorez and I have already told neighbors and a complete stranger how pleased I am.
Brad introduced himself and went over and shook hands with my invalided husband. He reviewed what needed to be done and explained his plan. He took extra care and time with the cleaning and got down on his hands and knees to get the pastel dust (a highly pigmented artists chalk) out of the rug.
