The technician, Ivan Spencer, was professional and courteous and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. The carpets looked like they were when we bought our home 3+ years ago, like they were brand new. My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with the results and will recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs a referral for a carpet cleaner.

In less than 30 min he cleaned two rooms, neither of which were small. The stains were removed but carpet is flat and lifeless as before. The tech said it was not "that" old and not necessarily inexpensive carpet. Usually cleaning lifts the fibers somewhat.
Your service rep was very thorough and did a great job. He explained what treatment he was going to use on our carpet and suggested ways we could better clean up the pet stains. After he cleaned our carpet, it looked like new. We are very happy with the work performed, and would recommend your service to our friends.

I love the natural orange based products that are used by Zero Rez, verses chemicals and such that are used by most other carpet cleaning companies. I like the techs. They are very professional and and hard working individuals. Zero Rez is the only company that I would use in all my properties as well as my personal residence. I am always recommending them to anyone who asks about carpet cleaning. They are the best in the business!

First of all, that it really worked well on our tile to clean the grout and make it look like new again. Also, the customer service was outstanding; the technician was friendly, professional, and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience and we will use Zerorez again in the future!
